The Stainless Steel Frames, Granite Display Panels, and Globe, Bayonet, and Wing Sculpture were installed on the 173d Memorial, Monday April 19th and Tuesday April 20th 2010.

These were the last items to be installed on 173d Memorial. The 173d Memorial has been completed and is ready for the dedication on 1 June 2010.

More than 2500 copies of this program were distributed during the dedication ceremony and to deployed Sky Soldeirs and their families in Europe and Afghanistan.
